Case study
The challenge
One of the leading European bearing manufacturers was trying to find a way to improve closed bearing durability by upgrading their lubricants. The manufacturer also had environmental concerns, due to high grease consumption.
The Solution
BADGER seven™ grease, infused with proprietary anti-wear technology.
The Test
The tests were conducted on closed bearings type 6202-2Z lubricated with a leading brand competitive grease vs. BADGER seven™ grease. Both tests run simultaneously on 16 samples of bearings using the RAH- 2d testing station. The tests were carried out until the first bearing from each group dropped out.
THe Results
